Katawa Shoujo is a freeware game that involves Hisao Nakai transferring to a disabled school called Yamaku where he can choose which girl he wants to date. It's also known for having multiple versions with various differences to the final game.

In regards to the Beta version, you need to install Renpy (provided with the file), move the Katawa Shoujo folder to the root of the Renpy folder. Once done, if you've done it correctly, open up Renpy, go to Select Project and choose Katawa Shoujo. Then return to the main menu and press Launch to play Katawa Shoujo Beta.
