Alright; so Rita sent a hand-written letter (not many people do that these days). She chose Shinaire, which is split into six provinces; I'll post 'em with their main cities:
1. Eiresh (Alfarys City)
2. Eastern Cape (Port St. Kimberley) (Donovan Village is here too.)
3. Southern Cape (Xanthic City)
4. Peer of the Realm (Realm Kingdom)
5. Morsang (Pterite City)
6. Drakenvite (Drakencape City)

It has a peerage thing - baron, viscount, earl (count), marquis, duke, prince, king, overlord...? O.o
