I have made a Metroid(vania)-styled map of the areas (having used Booster's Lab - hope you don't mind), and there is a bit of an issue regarding Servant Quarters and Top Floor.

Based on that map, Top Floor SQ should go to Servant Quarters DI (Valkyrie X's room), while Servant Quarters TF should go to Top Floor I (with the rocket).

Was that intended?

I believe not; Kim is likely to fix that (along with the "Reservoir SP" door that should go to Myst Zone going to the Servant Quarters instead).
