HD-2D remakes of the first 3 Dragon Quest games seems neat, and hey a new Mario & Luigi game (nice to know that the series isn't dead after all). The only other ones that seem interesting to me are The New Denpa Men and the Romancing Saga 2 remake.

Those names do sound rather questionable in terms of quality, though considering this series, it wouldn't surprise me if they were supposed to be puns of some sort.

Nintendo has a severe allergy to emulators that they don't endorse.

I'm pretty sure they have their own emulators of sorts given the older games from older consoles like the Game Boy being playable on the Switch, for example.
