Bastet the Ethereal Saber
DIVINE / Level 10
[Divine-Beast / Effect]
Requires 3 Tributes to Normal Summon (cannot be Normal Set). This card's Normal Summon cannot be negated. When Normal Summoned, cards and effects cannot be activated. Once per turn, during the End Phase, if this card was Special Summoned: Send it to the GY. The ATK and DEF of this card becomes equal to the combined original ATK and DEF of the 3 monsters you Tributed for the Tribute Summon of this card. Once per turn: You can banish 1 monster from your Extra Deck face-up; this card gains that monster's original ATK, DEF and effects until the End Phase.

Bastet the Ethereal Saber
DIVINE / Level 10
[Divine-Beast]
Those who dare to harm the sacred felines of this world will know true oblivion as this mighty legend rips them apart with its saber-sharp teeth.
ATK ? / DEF ?[/spoiler]From dreams, again.
What do you think of Cib's dreamed-up Egyptian God Card?(Top one being with its effect, the bottom one, guessing like the illegal versions of the Egyptian God Cards that only have lore and not their effects.)
So Bastet seems to be a card that is better off normal summoned. It also has a similar effect to Raviel, Lord of Phantasms but you can tribute any type of monster and you can also normal summon them. It's ATK/DEF being the combination of every monster used as tribute can either make it one of the strongest monsters in your desk or one of the weakest.
