Bat: should be obvious. May be batty at times... numerous variants exist...

Currently that is all...
If the filenames in Lunar Shadow are indication, the Maid enemies are called "MeidoBots" and Micren's minions are referred to as "Micrenis" so that's two official names already.
The Tower2 enemies could be called Blue Dragon and Blue Bomber and the TowerD2 enemies could be called Yellow Dragon and Yellow Bomber.  NpcMyst enemies could be called Black Pudding (the big one), Blood Pudding (the small one), Skelebat and Vespula Shiori.
The NpcMystM enemies could be called Noxicritters (in reference to Hope of Shane: FEST) and Dark Mushroom.
