1) I don't no. I've considering getting orange ones but maybe that's a bit much?
2) Healing items. Also a means to deal with enemy encounters. Items that deal with status effects. Also items that allow you to leave dungeons.
3) It sounds less like a leader name and more like a special variant (which could be light yellow and fandango purple or something more appropriate).
