4) The movie itself is fine, though it's hard for me to care for Arthur Fleck's suffering because his transformation into the Joker is a foregone conclusion.
10) Love is... a complex subject and manifests in many ways (I'm still trying to understand if I loved Bloom or the idea of Bloom Seymour). From what I can tell, love is a feeling of closeness between two people, the enjoyment of their company (and having a lot in common) and being able to see them as a full individual.
13) Considering they're on the New Nintendo 3DS eShop, that makes them the SNES versions.
15) Eightlace? I dunno, I just came up with that one considering it was the first name I thought of.
20) Level/Boss concepts, character/boss designs for an RPG series I'm planning out. I'm currently doing a mini-poster which has the party members and two EX Bosses from the 4th entry in that series.
23) Skulduggery Pleasant: Seasons of War won't be coming out until 2021, though sources seem to say that it was released on April 2nd 2020.
28) I've actually got a list of anime I intend to watch. Rather than tell you all of them, I'll just state the one I'll watch after Cowboy Bebop. That anime would be Gungrave (and I discovered that series after buying the original game from CeX).
34a) I could go for Thunder, Divine or Machine.
34b) It's been years since I watched any of the anime, so I've got no real favourite.
42) I have. Dear lord, the Story Mode in that game was hard as nails. As in, I managed to complete the Hero/Babylon Stories with much struggle (and ended up using an Action Replay to complete Sky Road because it was a nightmare to complete). The game's OST is one of the greatest in the Sonic series, the cutscenes are expressive though the game does do a poor job of actually explaining how it's own mechanics work.
52) Level 4 Art and Design and Level 3 Game Design.

56) Much like SaGa Frontier II/Persona 1+2, the battle arenas are diagonal though battles play out like a more advanced version of the Mario + Luigi games. The battle system itself requires a bit of explanation:
In battles, players can choose to do the following:
Attack (simply attack your chosen enemy)
Defend (defend which allows you take reduced damage, unless the attack can be Guarded. Also prevents damage from Special Attacks)
Tech Attack (i.e basically magic/attack moves that use SP)
Change Elements (change which element your character which changes some of their attacks)
Fuse Elements (fuse 2 elements to create a stronger one. The Fusion Element has some exclusive skills, though it mostly uses attacks from the emblems used to fuse it.) Use Items (Use any items you have)
Flee (Escape the battle)
During combat, players choose their actions during their turn. During enemy turns, the Reaction Battle System kicks in: When enemies attack, the player can either Counter (Red; counterattack enemies)
Guard (Blue; Guards against attacks, though it doesn't protect against Special Attacks or status effects)
Dodge (Green;dodge enemy attacks)
Special (Yellow; allows the player to use a Special Attack if their Spectra Meter is full. Can be used to force enemies to end their turn early)
This is displayed by a 4 button interface, with the buttons glowing to indicate that the player can use that option to deal with the attack. Time your reactions well and you can very much avoid damage and really let your enemies have it.

57) I suppose, though it does sound pretty tough.
X1) Best Mega Evolution would be Mega Swampert and Mega Mewtwo Y/Worst would be Mega Latios/Latias and Mega Venusaur
X4) Malice Striker? I ended up coming up with one called Dark Majesty, with it's second form resembling a Flower Dragon in terms of design.
