A band of adventurers got their hands on elusive Karjam's Domain technology. Now, they're going on a trip across the dimensions...Before you can enter into the world of the game, you'll need to sign up. To sign up, bring me information about these things:
NAME: The name of you want your character to be known by in-game.
BIO: The basic backstory of your character
ATTRIBUTES: Each attribute is rated by levels represented by words (is that
FUDGE that I smell?). The levels are, from least to greatest: Terrible, Poor, Mediocre, Average, Good, Great, Superb, Legendary (Not available for starter characters)
The available attributes are:
- Strength (measures your general strength)
- Intelligence (Measures your capabilities within physical tasks)
- Constitution (Measures general health)
- Agility (Measures your swiftness, e.g. during battle)
Unless otherwise noted, each attribute starts off as "Average". You may buy or sell levels to customize your character, with the first two levels being free.
CLASS:
If you so choose, you can start off with Great proficiency in a class. For in-game purposes, each class counts as a skill relevant towards in-game situations. In addition, each class starts off with "Good" proficiency in one weapon, with each player characters starting off with one. (Those with no class fight with their fists.)
As of this moment, available classes are:
- Warrior (Sword Proficiency)
- Soldier (Rifle Proficiency)
- Defender (Shield Proficiency. Yes, it's possible to use a shield as a weapon.)
- Mage (Staff Proficiency; also allows you to start off with the "Magical Affiance" Gift)
- Healer (Staff Proficiency; also allows you to start off with the "Magical Affiance" Gift)
- Thief (Dagger Proficiency)
- Assassin (Katana Proficiency)
- Keyblade Wielder (Sword Proficiency; also allows you to start off with the "Magical Affiance" and "Keyblade Link" gifts)
Customization: With my approval, you can also request to make characters using the
Fudge ruleset (Or, more specifically, through the "subjective character creation system"). Keep in mind that the terms for the levels above are what's going to be used within the game and that you cannot define custom attributes. If you define a "Weapon Proficiency" skill for your character and I approve of it, yes, I will grant you a free weapon within that category (only one per character, however, so if you have multiple weapon proficiencies, you need to specify what weapon you want to start off with).
If you so want, you can also request to start off as a race other than human (with my permission, of course). Being something other than human has both its advantages and its disadvantages and will give you bonuses and penalties within certain (diceless) rolls, so think carefully.
Note that you're not exclusive to generic or public domain species. You can also be a species from pop culture, such as Equestrian Ponies, Digimon or even Pokémon. You can also play as animals if you so want (although you might want to consider not playing as a creature that can't talk). If you want to play as a creature of your own invention, I will need to ask you to describe to me what they are.
After I've get a satisfactory amount of players, you'll need to tell me which universe and location you guys want to start in. You can be in any location, be it a real life location, a location of your own invention or even a location featured within your favorite fiction. I will decide on what happens from then onwards.
