I feel like some elements are a little redundant when they could easily be repurposed as dual elements or sub-specialisations. This was also one of my gripes with the gazillions of Daraiian elements, because a lot of them could easily be fulfilled by other roles.
-Laser can be a sub of Light
-Illusion can be a mix of Light and Sound
-Plasma can be a sub of Fire or Electricity (a glaring omission)
-Thunder is a sub of Sound
-Zero and Null seem kind of the same, don't see why someone who doesn't have elemental affinity couldn't qualify for Null.
-Sun is just a Star.
-Combining Gravity, Moon and all these other celestial body things would be nice because otherwise, they seem really niche. Gravity can just be a sub of that then.
-Animal can be a sub of Bio.
-Shadow and Darkness seem kinda the same and can be subs of Light.
-Ice can be a sub of Water.
-Leaf can be a sub of Bio.
I have no idea what Mend and Anomaly are supposed to be. But look, I just shortened your list by at least 10 elements, and it becomes much more simple.
If Chaos is anything like Blah, or if Anomaly means outlier powers, then you can just merge Paper into that. There's nothing for acid either, and Poison isn't acid necessarily, so a Chemical element would be cool.
In general, you don't really need to have a lot of different elements to fill niches. You take large, overarching categories and make niches within them. This also has a positive side effect of diversity - two people with the element of Light could do completely different things with it.
Just my two rupees though.
