Spells: single-usage or multi-usage

So far, all spells that have appeared, have had only one usage method ("single-usage").

However, several spells should have two (maximum) usage methods ("multi-usage").

I believe a Water-elemental spell exists that falls under the latter; it either creates a bubble around the user, or does something else......?
