I remember how indulged I was when I played Super Paper Mario. I mean, flipping around in 3D, what fun!

Bumping because:
(A) I repurposed this thread for the entirety of the Mario-related works.
(B) I don't get how people can complain about Chris Pratt being the voice of Mario in that new movie that's apparently gonna be a thing. Where Jack Black voicing Bowser apparently?

Some people just. Like. Make me question whether or not it's worth being a human.

(Then again, other people make me question whether or not it's not worth being a human… I think.)

I think it's due to the delivery of their respective characters. People think that Chris Pratt is phoning in his performance and not even trying to sound like Mario (the French dub is better received because it's Mario sounds closer to the games) while Jack Black sounds like he's having the time of his life and is considered the highlight of the trailer even if the idea of Jack Black playing a villain seems hard to believe.
