Wait.
MegaMan Star Force games have post-game bosses too?
...
First thing I'll do with PC-internet is get guides for EVERY single game available here. All of them. Unless some games don't have any...

I rather like the Graveyard theme from MMBN6 though I hear there's cut content?

Well yeah, the games have bonus dungeons just like the Battle Network games. The bosses either tend to be stronger versions of the story bosses or a unique boss. Let's just say that getting all Mega Cards is one of the most difficult things in the entire game.

That's true. In the Japanese version, Graveyard has 2 parts. The first one (containing graves for all the Navis from the previous 5 games) was cut from the US version as was an area containing the Navis from Rockman.EXE 4.5. Also you could fight The Count from Boktai as a boss, which was also cut from US copies.
Then again, I've seen several hacked MMBN6 battles involving The Count, so I know that he's for real.

Well, MMBN has dummied-out chips, I know that...

Like "Gregar", "Django", "HackJack" (EX/SP), "Otenko" and "GunDelEX"... that's in 6.

I also like MMBN4's last dungeon's theme. Pity it was contaminated with bad bugs, though...

Wonder what the fan-made MMBN7 I've heard of is like?
But a MegaMan is always a MegaMan...

The MegaMan Star Force games also had content that got removed as well. The Lunar Knight crossover was removed from non-Japanese versions of the game as was Wave Command in MMSF2 and Noise Mod Gear in MMSF3. So yeah, because I can't access Tribe King, it makes MMSF2s' bonus dungeon harder than it needed to be (and it's hell).
But hey, Libra Scale's stage theme is great and Meteor Server's theme is also wonderful.

Where are the Star Force bonus dungeons? :s

Plus, I like ninjas more than zerkers or saurians.

1) Deepspace is located in a portal on the Vista Point's Wave Road, it's yellow in colour unlike all other EM Wave Portals in the game.
2) Alternate Future's entrance is unlocked via the AltFutre item found in Bermuda Maze (found in Vega's Headquarters). The entrance to the actual dungeon itself is a green portal in Echo Ridge. Very frustrating and the actual dungeon itself is quite difficult as well.
3) After beating the game, you can access a Wave Noise in Satella Police HQ leading to Wave Noise 4. Venturing through Noise Wave 4 allows access to Outer Astro Wave, which has the actual bonus dungeon at the end: Black Hole Server.

I went for Saurian, it has a nice red colour. And if it weren't for no Wifi, perhaps we could have formed a Brotherband? Or fight each other online?

Perhaps, but then...

Madness ensues.

Doesn't Star Force get a MMBN crossover of sorts?

Come to think of it, it's a shame that Bass.EXE has yet to appear in MegaMan Star Force. He'd make for an interesting hard as nails superboss.
Actually yes. There's a crossover sidequest in all 3 games that allows you to get the BN (Battle Network) Buster. The cancelled MegaMan Star Force 4 would've had Geo team up with Kazuma, an outlaw hacker who is the descendant of Lan Hikari.

Now I wish they made that, even if just for freeware PC, since cancelling stuff means all that work was for naught. :-/

Still, I wanna see Mega Man ZX Advent get a sequel, too...

Luminous Arc 4 should be a thing as well, and Tales of the World Narikiri Dungeon 4 and Golden Sun 4 and Summon Night Swordcraft Story 4 and CAPCOM vs Shonen Jump / Lunar Shadow (:3).

Wow I'm full of wishes.

Considering that MegaMan 11 came out and there's a MegaMan Zero/ZX Legacy Collection coming out on January 2020, perhaps there's hope yet. I suppose if a Battle Network/Star Force Legacy came out and sold really well, then maybe we'll get MegaMan Star Force 4 for real this time?

Hope Stelar, come on out and help with that! :P

I kinda posted a progress report in the Square Enix thread... :(

But all this running around is causing more annoying running. Or "laddering", as the British English term...

(That's how it feels like, at least...)

All that backtracking is a real pain, isn't it? Especially in Star Force 2 with it's high encounter rate. Also player vs player matches still exist for SF2 and SF3, turns that all I have to erase my WFC profile on the in-game settings and change primary DNS to certain DNS. I'll have to try that out for myself.
Here's a handy tutorial for console/PC gamers on how to access WiFi battles ('cause the official WiFi servers went down years ago):

I just beat Sirius.
"When the five stars shine together, you two and Earth will see your final days!"

Turns out dummied out cards exist in Star Force games, too. Like a red Cannon card (1), nameless cards (1; I think two of them are Lunar Knight characters of the Boktai-world?).

Then there's blue-name cards (2 and 3). From 3, I found some like "ImpctCanon", "ApolloFlmX", GenAurigaX" and "DragonSkyGX"...

(I used an all-cards cheat just to see if there were dummied-out cards, but didn't save.)

I already know about the unused Lunar Knight cards, turns out they're related to the cut Lunar Knights sidequest. Also in Star Force 3, there are cards known as Illegal Cards. They're powerful cards which can be obtained if your Noise Level is high enough and are named in blue to differentiate them. They're very useful for the post-game bosses.

Hopefully, you'll have an easier time getting Sirius v2's card than I did. Let's just say that having to obtain that card from Sirius v3 is utterly painful. As is obtaining both Apollo Flame's v2 and v3 cards. Also Crimson Dragon SP is much harder than it's regular self.

Wait, so illegal cards are blue?

Wow.
Guess Geo really broke several laws then. JUDGE!
* cut to Geo getting a red card and being sent to jail *

...

What would his FFTactics job be, anyway? "Hero"?
Sonia... a Bard, I'd think.
